2-story deck replacement

Currently progressing a building consent for full replacement of our 2 story deck, adding stairs in the new design. We can do the demolition with exception of removal of piles, however will require successful builder to facilitate the bin for removal of materials. There are 2 sections of concrete path for builder to break up and remove as well. Plans have been completed by qualified draftsman, and will be uploaded in next 48 hours. Expect building consent to be approved within next 2 weeks if no issues arise, would like to start project asap after that. There is a heat pump external unit on upper deck which a specialist will remove and reinstall on lower deck. Deck materials will be composite for decking, pine for handrails and dressed timber. A second quote for door replacement to upper deck area will be sought at same time, but only taken forward if overall budget allows.
