Deck restoration

I need 1 labourer for 20 hours to remove existing decking. Then a carpenter to come along and relay decking and restore part of a hand rail with the labourer . I’ve allowed 48 hours for the relay for 1 builder 1 labourer/apprentice. Approx 40sq meter deck that wraps around the entire house. Possibility of variation as some joists are possibly rotten. After this there will be a fence and gate to build as well.
