Decking rejuvenation

I need 3 steps built approx 2.70 in length to go from deck to lawn. The framework for the top step is in place but needs minor adjustment. Quills for covering is on site. Also need planter box stand to support 4 obligatory Ng planter boxes. Length approx 2.90 mt but 45 cm deep and approx 45 cm in width. Box has to incorporate two steps at one end
