We have some damaged fibre cement sheet which has allowed water to enter and caused some rot in a small area to the floor and wall framing . We need the affected framing replaced and the fibre cement sheet made good . Texturing and painting of the fibre cement shett by others. Also adjacent a timber retaing wall 1m high needs to be extended by 1 to 1.5 meters.
