made lots of promises, and was a very well rehursed sales person. People whom followed his instructions were brilliant but were let down by unfinished and unprofessional owner. Never returned calls, promised job to be done in 1-2 weeks (6 weeks later - still not completed). Never turned up on time. Always had to constantly chase him up and listen to his never ending excuses. As soon as payment was received in advance we didn't see him for three weeks. (Apparently all glass comes with holes)
