Fascia Board Replacement

A short length (less than 1800mm) of fascia board on an extension section of the house has rot at one end and requires replacing. I have the necessary paint. This is above a tiled deck and portable scaffolding will be necessary. No more than a morning's work will be needed to complete the job, I would think.
