New Deck

We have just bought a new house that has a really old deck that never got consent. We are looking to rebuild this so it has consent. It’s currently around 20sq meters and about 1.7m off the ground. We don’t settle on the property for another few months but we would like to start the quote and planning process because the bank require the deck to be rebuilt and consented within 3 months after settlement.
