The property is a 45 year old Lockwood. A couple of the decking boards need replacing. The top handrail of the decking barrier needs replacing. One of the wooden supports to the overhanging roof needs replacing. The two windows in the under house garage I would like bricked up. The guttering needs to be removed prior to painting and then replaced with new. Complete exterior painting of house.
