Job description
Building a 6m x 9.5m (54 square meters) floating deck, plus fencing. Easily accessed, flat, filled land, that is held securely by an existing retaining wall. Fulfil any required council obligations / permits where the fencing could be built off the residing retainer wall. Deck to be built low off the ground however sturdy enough to support a spa / benches / planter boxes. Wooden Fencing, shoulder height, 6m + 9.5m + 6m around deck, possible to extend alongside full length of 34m boundary if can fit in budget. Options of using either hard wood or plastic composite decking. Budget – $18,0000. Refer to attached images of Sketchup model. Call to discuss, ---

Shaun has been excellent to work with. My project of building a deck and fence has been a difficult job, Shaun has been realistic and committed to doing the best job possible given the circumstances. Good honest communication, working in hard weather conditions, solid planning and workmanship. Highly recommended, and I shall continue to use him for my developing landscaping plans.
