New Deck build

I am wanting a new deck built that would be approx. 35sqm. It would comprise of a square of 4.5m x 7m built as low to the ground as possible (highest point of sloping land) and then a connecting walkway of 900mm x 3.7m to the existing deck which would require the existing balustrade to be partially removed to join the old and new decks and possibly a couple of steps down to the level of the new deck. I would need a new balustrade built along the 3.7m walkway and then along the 7m of the deck and continued on to join the fence so the balustrade would be approx. 12m. The only other requirement is that the corner of the square part of the deck which tucks into the house needs to be strong enough to hold a spa 2m x 2m which weighs 1300kgs when full. The main complexity of this project will be the slope and changing material (dirt, concrete paths etc) underneath where the footings will need to be which is one reason I am not attempting this myself. I am open to ideas on materials and design, obviously wanting to keep costs down without compromising on the finished product. Ideally I would like to have it built in the next month.
