Replace broken veranda decking and rotten pile/bearer

We have 1 or 2 boards on our front veranda rotting/lifting. The bearer and/or pile underneath is rotten. We think this was caused by damp from a pot plant, and that there will only be one pile/bearer needed replacement. There could however be more. The job is to lift up a few of the boards, check under-structure for rot, replace any rotten components, replace damaged decking boards. We are in Collingwood St in Nelson. It is a villa. Thanks!
