deck and stairs needed ASAP

Hardwood timber deck and stairs required ASAP. Deck is 5m long with the first 3.4m being 2.8m wide, this then reduces to 1.2m. The stairs need to be 1.1m wide and in two parts with a landing in the middle. The posts supporting the structure will already be installed so no need to price this, also the handrail is excluded from this work. Two of the sides adjoining to the blockwork house walls. The house has just been built and has a garage and the house on top, the deck will provide access to the first floor. Underneath the deck the land is sloped from first floor ground level down to 2.4m below finished deck level. Building consent has been granted.
