Lay water proof sheeting against house to direct water away - one side of house.

I would like waterproofing material attached to the weatherboards on one and a half sides of the house (upstairs). Just a small strip to keep water away from the house and filled in with dirt. I have a grate to be placed on one corner - about 1m each way. At a guess, it is about 15m in length. The waterproofing barrier (material) only needs to be width of about 250mm at the most - just to keep the water going under the house. Job not properly completed by repiler some years ago.
