8m x 3m kwila deck (172lm), only 300H off off concrete pad (no consents required), one step up at one end. 3 decorative timber screens (already bought) to be built in for privacy, one at front end by the step and other 2 screens at the other end forming privacy barriers to neighbours (no thoroughfare). Needs a small removal section to access the sump if needed. Easy access for builder, car pad by work area.
