Mums house.

We need a registered builder to meet the requirements of a building inspection, to sell our Mothers house. We need to have this done fairly urgently as our settlement date is March 7th 2022. Our requirements as stated by the building inspector . 1 wall Cladding: Water damage weatherside Cladding to exterior lounge door area to be replaced as required to prevent further water ingress. 2 carport: Wood rot to carport barge board to be replaced. We don't have a set budget. We have know idea how much this will cost and would appreciate a quote before the job is started. Thank you so much.

We were happy with the work. But disappointed with the paint splashed on Aluminum joinery and concrete.
