Replacement and Extension of Deck

Existing decking needs replacing on top with new balustrade with additional stregthening underneath and extension of deck raised all to go above concrete pad across to retaining wall. There is a section of concrete that has been lifted by tree roots and this and remaining stump/roots on side will be removed. I've worked out this will require approx 271 lin mtrs of first grade pine decking. A new staircase made in timber from deck up to garden above is required too. Also matching fencing (same as balustrade) to go along top of garden approx 5.6m. there is no ruch for this (I am well aware that everyone is ext busy in build up to xmas). Picture of balustrade is just the sort of simple style for example. I am well aware that everyone is ext busy in build up to xmas and I'm in no rush for this to be done, I just need quote/s asap and will be doing this when someone is available! Also I will be able to help with removal of rubbish and any other labour if need be. Thanks for reading.
