Deck and Stairs Replacement

I have an existing wooden deck on the northern side of my house that is connected to the ground level by a flight of stairs. The Deck is about 2.5 metres above ground level and connected to an outdoor conrete deck area. The current wooden deck and handrail would not comply with the current buidling code and the handrail is becoming unsafe due to rotting of the timber. I want to completely replace the deck and stairs with a compliant structure that includes a glass balustrade and handrail down the stairs. The new deck will be slightly bigger than the current one and the stairs wider.
