Deck Rebuild
Job description
Looking to have someone redo the deck entirely as the previous builder screwed up due to inexperience. The current deck uses vinyl flooring sitting on a thinner than standard plywood. But due to the application of liquid glue, where the builder was unaware of the expanding traits, caused the surface to rise and drop and different parts of the deck. It's at a point where the parts that sink downwards could almost be snapped off causing a hole in the deck (some pics will show details). As said, looking to have the deck re-done but with all wood materials this time instead of vinyl. Not sure how much of the existing deck materials can be re-used (e.g. Joist), but subject to review. Happy to discuss further.

Cobus and his team upholds their reputation very well by maintaining a consistent standard as testified by other satisfied customers and pictures of respective end product. While there were minor schedule delays as a result of inclement weather, ultimately there were no issues in any shape or form. Cobus had provided assurance and consistent communication as we navigated through weather forecasts for an appropriate construction date. 10/10 would contract with Cobus and his team again.
