Replace worn out decking timber small portion #3

Total length of timber to be replaced is between 25 to 26 metres. Worn out timber has been cut and removed already for half of the area to be replaced . The other half portion needs to be cut and removed. Decking Timber and decking nails have been purchased, timber cut into estimated length size but need to be cut into actual size, and screwed/nailed. about 50% of work to be undertaken has been sorted already. Please assess and quote accordingly and will appreciate an indication of how much time this work will take to complete, which i understand with appropriate tools and expertise should not take 4 to 6 hours or less.

There was an instance when his office staff billed me quite high than what i was quoted for initially.
