Deck Railings

We have an incomplete deck (my brother helped to start while visiting pre-Covid). The decking floor has been nearly completed but not the railing. We need someone who can finish the railing job and potentially help us with rebuilding the rest of the expansive decking we have around the house. There are about 24 posts (mostly already installed) for the railing. The images below to illustrate the current state and what we envision the complete job to look like.
