Office space with stairwell to tidy/redo
Job description
Looking to get the existing stairwell tidied up (or redone - see pictures). The empty upper floor to either have: (1) Floor board, railing installed OR (2) Floor board, frame/plastered with door, ceiling for use as Office. Picture 4 shows dimensions (before existing stairwell and railings). Picture 5 shows proposed option (1) (stairwell is missing railing though)

Raaj and his team did a great job in between lockdowns to complete the job and attending to our various requests. Good timely, communication was appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Raaj and the team.
