New Deck - December job

Approximately 30m2 deck with hardwood (e.g. kwila) . L shape. Extending along two exterior walls of the house. One square area along garage and kitchen wall, then a smaller portion extending along wall of the house approx 2m wide. We would also like a step down along the entire outside edge. There is concrete along the ground in parts - for example where the doors come out. We are back in the house ~ 12 December, and would love to have it started (not completed - enough to have the table on) for Christmas. It could potentially be started the week before. The pictures are aerial - I will be able to get more. The fejoa tree will be gone. So basically hoping to be able to get quotes around 5th December or 12th December for a December job.
