Fix rotten planks + staircase to the deck + seal minor cracks

As part of selling the house, I'd like to: 1- replace/fix some of the rotten planks in the deck 2- Also, the stairwell/staircase has become rotten. Needs refixing/replacing. 3- Lastly, there are a few minor cracks that could do with resealing. Photos are attached to the job. Would be great if the work could be quoted and done within ten days if not quicker. Location is Manurewa. Length of the deck is 197cm by 478cm. I can be reached at --- .
