Job description
Remove and dispose of existing metal front door. Make and install solid wooden front door and paint with undercoat and two coats of Resene finish. Remove deadlock and ordinary door lock and install new deadlock and ordinary door lock, keeping the cylinders of both locks so the existing keys can be used. Replace rotten wooden panels under eaves of roof as directed by the owner. Paint with undercoat and two coats of Resene finish. Written quotes required.

"the communications by this property manager was deplorable to the extent of abusive language when we questioned his communication which he denied, even know all was clearly captured in records. In turn we chose to complete what was needed and walkaway because as a company our employees and us as a whole don't need to be treated that way."
