Enclosing of existing roofed deck #2
Job description
Design, materials, and construction of approx 10m length 2.4m height of walls to enclose an existing deck (with existing roof). Looking for relatively weatherproof design, windows (glass or perspex), passive ventilation. Construction work to start as soon as possible (depending on whether work can commence under Level 3 or we have to wait until Level 2) and I would like an estimate of when it will be complete. Also need advice on whether a building consent will be required (if so, will need to be applied for asap).

Very happy with the work done, it's exactly what I wanted, despite not having a clear idea what I wanted going into this project. Leif talked me through design options and came up with something perfect. Builders were really friendly and professional. Unfortunately had some delays with their joinery subcontractor not providing materials on time and not communicating this to the builders, but the builders kept me updated as best they could.
