New deck with consent

Hi there, Wanting to get an estimate costing for a new deck. I have attached old photos of the current deck situation and also the design we are wanting to achieve. We'd like some natural wood (light grey in colouring) this would include new stairs up to the entrance and extending the deck further along the house where the current deck is coming off the ranch slider. The deck off the ranch slider also needs to be brought in from the boundary line as its currently to close. Would be wanting it consented with council too. There will be greenery hedging around the perimeter of the boundary fences for size reference and the land is sloping so it would be less than one metre off the ground in some places but more in others. Open to suggestions. We will remove the current decking in place before the work commences to save costs. Thanks
