Replace warped flooring/decking

I have warped particle board flooring on a corner of the house. Water appears to be coming off the decking and sitting above the joists and tracking onto the particle board flooring. It's only a small area impacted (less than 0.5m) but might be a little tricky as it's right in the corner. Good access to the area.
