"I think it is very unfair to get a 4 in workmanship specially because we agreed to do a few odd jobs in a hourly rate and i was told by the owner that she want as many jobs done in the shortest period of time, i also had to rehuse old materials to get the job done so a 4 in workmanship in just not fair at all"
