Bay window reclad, reroof & reframe deck

Bay window where decking has been built hard against diagonal cedar weatherboard cladding (no 12mm gap for drainage), the cladding has rotted out and framing may or may not need replacing. Deck, Max 4m2 and <1m above ground, needs to be rebuilt and allow drainage gap to cladding on two sides. One other small wall needs gib removed to identify if any framing needs replacing given the deck/ drainage issue. Bay window also has a membrane roof that’s lifted, as well as fascias that are rotten. Ply and framing may or may not need replacing. Work would need to be completed ASAP - ideally within October.
