Remove conservatory and build a deck

We have an existing 2.6m x 2.8m conservatory that we require to be removed with care and disposed of. Once removed we require a deck to be built of approximately 26sqm in an L shape and this could require the removal of the concrete pad under the existing conservatory as the deck must be well fixed to the ground to prevent lift as we are going to have a pergola installed.
