Replace wooden windows and rotten sills

We would like some quotes to replace some wooden bungalow windows which are rotting, including the sills. Would like quotes for wood and aluminium. Preferably quote per window because there are more than one, but some worse than others. Photos attached of the worst case! Sorry don't have sizing, but they're normal height bungalow size, not floor to ceiling. Will update with further details later. Needs doing ASAP because it's obviously been left too long.
