New deck
Job description
We need a new deck built to replace our current one. It is a wrap-around deck which is approximately 37.5m2. It is over 1.5m in places and therefore has required building consent which we have now obtained. We need a builder who is NZ Licensed or is able to provide sign-off for the building consent. We would like to start as soon as possible. We will be able to provide full building plans to enable an accurate quote to be provided.

Andy did an absolutely fantastic job with our deck. His workmanship was excellent. He is very personable, friendly and trustworthy. The job took slightly longer than expected but we were well informed each step of the way. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
