Odd Job Bed Rail needs to be fixed

Alas too many pies over Winter and part of my bed broke (See below and sorry I wish I had a better story to tell). As it is part of a bedroom suite I would like the bed fixed. There is one rail that has snapped and needs to be replaced with a new piece of wood. I would like either oak and a close colour match with varnish to match the bed. Also the inside runners where the slats are held would need to be made as well (see pics). Also you can see damage to the end of the bed where the rails attach. What I plan to do is reverse that and drill into the other side as it has more strength so if the damages side could be tidied that would be great as well. Plan would be you come around and get the broken pieces and use that railing as a measurement guide to make the new piece. Given that this is part of a bedroom suite and only option is another bed I am keen to get this fixed and happy to pay price for time spent and good work done.
