Wet/soft floor in kitchen. Possible planing internal doors.

We have soft floor boards beneath a corner cupboard that may need replacing. There had been wet floor boards previously due to a leaking hot water cabinet that now has been replaced. Just after a diagnosis and quote of work that needs to be done. Also need a couple of internal doors that do not shut properly They don't seem to square up in the door frames so may need to be planed to fit.
