2nd Storey Decking

We're interested in meeting with you and discussing a potential build of our 2nd storey decking. The plans attached are the preliminary ones, as we have asked that the rear deck be extended our to 8mx4m as we want to creat some usable dining/lounging space. You will need to take a look at the current back section as there is currently a lower level deck that is not shown on these plans, that will need to either demo'd or discuss whether any of it will stay. The other picture is potentially the style of timber balustrade we like. Most likely we will be going for Pine decking. We also need to discuss options for putting underdeck drainage/ceiling/waterproofing, as some sections are walkways to main entrance stairs.
