Bay window repairs

Repair to bay window. Needs repair to make water tight, shingles on roof section need to be nailed down and guttering installed and brick sills need the angle adjusted to assist water run off. It has also been recommended that we get scribers installed around windows (see photo for example). We also would like a concrete pad laid for a garden shed if possible.
