Post job # --- again The small job was awarded in February but tradie’s situation changed and it was terminated before job commence. Now we re-list it. Hope it be done ASAP Job Description: Supply and Install 1)Kwila Decking, Area aprox. 7sqm (Including sides of steps). 2)Entrance Timber Door, 3)Mechanic Digital Lock, 4)Timber Glazing Leaf, Refer to attached drawing PLAN and SECTIONS for measurements sizes General Specifications Kwila decking: 1）Boards size: 140mm x 19mm, 2）Smooth face up. 3）Gap between deck boards can be 4mm, as the area is sheltered and there is not direct sunshine and wet etc. 4）Boards layout refer to Deck Plan. 5）Three steps, 6）Steps position refer to Deck Plan and B-B & C-C Sections. 7）Steps front and sides to be same decking boards. 8）Steps face boards to be overlap in 5mm at three side edges as usually decking. 9）Deck fixings to Kwila Decking Guide. Entrance Door: 1)Savoy XS11, 2)Sizes: Width 860mm, Full height after decking and door framing (existing measurement height 2300mm) 3)Dark Red Meranti Veneer, finishes to manufacture’s guide, 4)No sill, 5)Etchlite Glass, 6)Door framing to be painted in white, Mechanic Digital Lock: 1)Yale SL7100SC or equivalent, Timber Glazing Leaf: 1)Width: existing measurement 1140mm in total for both entrance door and leaf. 2)Height: full height from decking to ceiling, 3)Clear glass, 4)Timber framing to be painted in white, 5)Timber transoms to match existing glazing panel, Interests please provide free quote and availabilities.
