Rotten wood replacement

We have a single level house. We have noticed that some of the wood has started to rot and needs replacing. The rotten wood is at the back of the house on the left top corner of house as you face it. I will add a photo with will explain it better. I am not really sure if I need a carpenter or a builder if so.e one could please let me know thank you. Tony
