Quote for Deck restoration

Hi, I need to find a builder who is willing to quote the cost for remedial work to a deck that is over 3m high. Its a standalone deck at the rear of the property, that canter levers out over a nature reserve that the property backs on to. Im in the process of buying the property, but I have to get quotes to have the deck strengthened before i can go unconditional. Ive had a building report done, and I am working with an engineer to establish exactly what needs to be done to get a certificate of acceptance from council. Thanks Ashley
