Deck for New Build

I am doing a new build and need a new deck added. It will be an L shaped deck around the corner of the house , with one side approx. 2m x 5m and the other side 3 x 4.5m (approx 23.5sqm2 total). There will also need to be stairs added as the land slopes a bit (picture attached). Job would be in October.
