Aluminium Pergola - Modify and Construct

I have an aluminium pergola that needs to be modified and put together. Description: - to be built on existing patio that is 8x3 - the pergola spec is 7.8x3 - the patio looks to be set on concrete (unsure of depth) Additional notes: - I would like the pergola to be sat under the soffits but the soffit height is only 2.2m and the pergola height is 2.3m (excluding when the louvres are open) - possible additional bracing on the soffits (for wind resistance) - any modifications to be done cleanly & attention to details Pictures attached.
