I have a lockwood home that has a 3/4 wooden wall between the kitchen and lounge area (the wall is 2 metres high but does not reach the ceiling). I would like to remove a section of the wall (140cm wide) down to bench height. Considerations are a woodburner in front of the wall section on the lounge side and light switches to kitchen lights on the kitchen side.
