New deck (plus other maintenance)
Job description
Replace unsafe deck at rental property in Otaki. It's L-shaped. Quite low - less than 1m high, so no need for consent. Dimensions: 5m x 3.8m (first part of L) + 2.5m x 3.6m (second part of L). One stair dropping down to ground 2.5m wide. Will probably need to slice of a diagonal from the outside corner of the L to allow room to get around house. In other words, the first part of the L will be a bit less than 5m x 3.8m. (Please see photo - but ignore reference to seat.) Will probably need to replace French doors leading outside and do other maintenance too, but let's start with the deck.

Legacy Building did an amazing job on the deck, and communication was excellent, including around unforeseen issues and suggestions for cost-effective ways of doing things. Very nice to deal with, very flexible (I was able to add a few odd jobs around the main one) - in short, highly recommended. Thanks Steve and Ruth!
