Lounge built in shelving

Looking for a builder/carpenter/stopper/painter (I think!) to do a ‘small’ internal job. I say small cos it’s not like a full house build but I really don’t know what’s involved and keen to get some quotes. It’s boxing out a fake wall to install built in shelving? So guess it’ll probably need stopping & painting too? In the perfect world completed before Sept 18 but if not before November would be good. Currently have just plain flat wall and want to create the look shown in photo (without the unit under the tv)
