Hi, we are looking at purchasing a house, we have a builders report but needing a quote done for work to supply to bank. Deck needs repairing, decaying timber poles, joist and decking. One bathroom needs renovating, water damage behind bath. Looking at putting in new bath with shower over bath, wall linings and vanity. Second shower needs removing and walls behind need repairing and space turning into cupboard. Have Building inspection report if you would like to review. Need quotes done asap. Work done before Christmas. May have further work as well Thanks Denise
