Build Small Interior Wall With Door Opening
Job description
We are looking for someone to construct a small wall in our entry way to create a storage room. No timeframe, over a few weekends would be ideal. Someone will be home all of Monday 20th & Tuesday 21st of December if that also suited. Ideally wanting a price based on description and photos, i.e. no site visit. Feel free to ask questions. - New 90mm H1.2 timber framing. Bottom plate over DPM, floor is a concrete slab. Wall to be 2,440mm high, 1,600mm wide. - Wall to include a door opening. Door leaf and hinges will be supplied (reuse of one existing, 810mm x 2020mm leaf). Install a supplied passage handle to the reused door (existing door has a dummy handle). Install new slimline timber reveal to the opening. - New 10mm GIB standard linings to both sides. We will do stopping and paint. - New skirtings (to match existing) to both sides - appears to be about 60x12mm, will need to confirm on site. No coving required.
