Kitchen repairs

We need some repair work done on a sill inside a bay window over a kitchen sink. It's currently tiled but falling apart so looking at replacing with seratone or something similar. This is a rental. We also need the kitchen benchtop replaced. This is fairly urgent as there's a rip in the benchtop and we're concerned about water getting in behind.
