Install two new timber windows and reline rooms

This job includes the following: - removing existing timber window frames - installing new timber window frames and sashes. One of the new windows is slightly shorter than the old one so the framing/weatherboards will need to be adjusted accordingly - inspecting and replacing rotted framing and weatherboard around windows as appropriate - relining the two rooms where the windows are being installed and installing insulation on exterior walls. The rooms are roughly 4 x 3m each.
