Second storey deck rebuild

Hi, I am looking to rebuild my second-storey deck. There is an existing balcony that runs the width of the house and extends out about a metre, but I would like to have this rebuilt and extended out three metres. I am hoping to have this done by summer if possible. The new deck would be about 8.8x3m. I can provide plans that have been approved by a structural engineer, and I currently have the consent application in with council. I can provide more documents for anyone interested in the job.
