Replace weatherboards, support isolated rafters, attic floor

Hi there - I'd like to get some quotes for three separate jobs at the same property. 1. There's some rotten sections of weatherboard that need to be replaced 2. There's a couple of rafters in the attic space that warrant additional support per a builder's report 3. We'd like to install flooring in the attic space to use the area for storage (this will be after additional insulation is installed)
